TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROCEDURE

  •  Signature of the rental lease.

  • The tenant retains the rental by paying a deposit of 30% of the rental amount. The reservation becomes effective when the tenant returns a copy of the rental contract (by email or post) accompanied by payment of the amount of the deposit, within a maximum period of 7 working days.

  • The balance of the rental is paid 15 working days maximum before arrival

  • The amount of the security deposit fixed at €500 will be requested on arrival, but will not be cashed.

  • The tourist tax will be requested upon arrival. It is €0.72 per night and per adult (minors exempt).

  • The inventory will be carried out in the presence of both parties and will be signed on the day of entry into the premises and the day of departure.

  • We will be pleased to offer you a Welcome Gift Kit.

  • We will issue you an invoice for any payment made.

 

SCHEDULES

 

Regarding your arrival in Vernet les Bains, and in order to reserve you a personalized welcome, we would be grateful if you would respect:

MINIMUM 30 MINUTES BEFORE, COMMUNICATE YOUR ARRIVAL TIME, on our mobile number.
Arrival time: from 4:00 p.m., and until 7:00 p.m.
As we are not on site, we would not want to make you wait and wish to be ready to welcome you as it should be!

 

Departure time: before 12:00 p.m.,
If you cannot respect these time slots, please inform us, so that we can see together how to organize ourselves…

PAYMENTS

 

Checks, Transfers, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Diners club, Discover, Union Pay, V Pay...

CANCELLATION

 

When the amount paid for the reservation is qualified as a deposit, the commitment is considered final.

  1. Cancellation more than one month before arrival: if the accommodation could not be re-let, you will lose the amount of the deposit, i.e. 30% of the total rent.
  2. Cancellation less than one month before arrival: you will lose 30% of the total rent.
  3. If you wish, you can personally take out cancellation insurance with your insurance broker or sites such as thermassur.
  4. Use payment by credit card and you will be able to benefit from the insurance that your credit card has.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

 

 €500: by check (not cashed, except in the event of damages)

HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT

 

 €100: cleaning deposit, by credit card imprint (does not impact your credit card limit and is not debited from your account. Not cashed, except in the event of non-compliance with the cleanliness conditions). A secure, simple, fast service by our partner swikly and Crédit Agricole.

CHARGES INCLUDED

 

Water, Electricity, Heating, Wifi: included in the rental price.

CHARGES NOT INCLUDED

 

The Tourist Tax: €0.72 per night and per person (reduced rate because the property is classified 3 stars) - Free for minors.
