We stayed with pleasure in this pleasant and well located apartment, close to the center of the village.
The double orientation of the accommodation is a plus, even if the presence of the large conifer darkens the living room a little and hides the view.
The equipment is very satisfactory with quality electrical and sanitary equipment, which means that the three weeks of treatment did not seem too long to us.
The owners are attentive to our expectations and very responsive to solve the slightest problem.
Without a doubt we would recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped apartment. very nice to have 2 spacious terraces allowing to have sun all day.
Lots of storage
Our very friendly and welcoming hosts have always worried about whether our stay was satisfactory. Good documentation on the region is available in the apartment Green plants bring a very pleasant personal touch.
We plan to return, both for the apartment and for the treatment.

We enjoyed the apartment of Cécile and Pascal, very friendly hosts. Impeccable cleanliness, with all the necessary amenities and comfort. We were able to have all our meals in the open air thanks to the different exposure of the 2 balconies.In addition we greatly appreciated the presence of green plants and a flowering gardener . We spent in the «Locanigo» accommodation a pleasant stay, the most of this accommodation crossing two balconies very appreciated in case of strong heat. The owners listen to our comments, which is not the case, and do so in a way to improve the quality for a better stay. They even exceed your expectations. Located close to the spa centre, access to it can be made on foot, as well as access to the village, the swimming pool, and even the supermarket located at the entrance of Vernet. We recommend this accommodation without problem.

In order to draft the rental agreement, we would be grateful if you could tell us:
Signature of the rental lease.
The tenant retains the rental by paying a deposit of 30% of the rental amount. The reservation becomes effective when the tenant returns a copy of the rental contract (by email or post) accompanied by payment of the amount of the deposit, within a maximum period of 7 working days.
The balance of the rental is paid 15 working days maximum before arrival
The amount of the security deposit fixed at €600 will be requested on arrival, but will not be cashed.
The tourist tax will be requested upon arrival. It is €0.72 per night and per adult (minors exempt).
The inventory will be carried out in the presence of both parties and will be signed on the day of entry into the premises and the day of departure.
