Nous prenons généralement les réservations 1 an à l’avance, ou lors de votre cure sur Vernet les Bains.

 

Si la location est libre durant votre séjour, nous pourrons vous faire visiter.

 

Si vous êtes sûrs de vos dates pour l'année suivante, nous pourrons ainsi faire une réservation à votre convenance...

 

Vous pouvez également demander à la cure de modifier vos dates, afin de correspondre à nos disponibilités. Il n'y a pas de problème avec les Thermes...

 

Les disponibilités sont actualisées tous les jours.

DEVELOPMENT

 Signing of the rental lease.
The tenant retains the rental by paying a deposit of 30% of the rental amount.
The reservation becomes final when the tenant returns a copy of the rental contract (by email or post) accompanied by the amount of the deposit, within a maximum period of 7 working days.
Beyond this date, the reservation will no longer be effective.
The balance of the rental is paid a maximum of 15 working days before arrival.
The amount of the security deposit set at €600 will be requested on arrival, but will not be cashed, except in the event of damage.
Tourist tax will be requested upon arrival. It is €0.72 per night and per adult (minors exempt).
The inventory will be carried out in the presence of both parties and will be signed on the day of entry into the premises and on the day of exit.
We will be pleased to offer you a Welcome Gift Kit.
We will issue you an invoice for any payment made.
